Every product we ship is carefully packaged and includes comprehensive installation and usage instructions. We strongly recommend reading and following these instructions step-by-step for a seamless experience. Despite our best efforts, we understand that damages during transit or extreme weather conditions are beyond control. In such cases, please capture the condition of the received product through photos or videos and email us directly.

Easy Return Steps

If you wish to return an order for any reason, we’re here to help:

1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for return. Note that used or damaged items, not due to transit, cannot be returned.
2. We will send you a PDF return form to fill out and return to us.
3. We will provide you with a free return shipping label to print and attach to the package.
4. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 30 days, usually much quicker.

Our Return and Refund Policy

Here are some key points to note:

• Orders can be canceled at any time before they are dispatched.
• You may return items for free within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
• Opened boxes must be returned undamaged as the packaging is considered part of the item.
• Free return service is provided via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Please note, the full order, including non-faulty items, is not eligible for shipping charge refunds.
• Faulty items will be fully refunded, including shipping charges, with a free return shipping label provided.
• Items intended for skin contact cannot be returned if they have been used, for hygiene reasons.
• Items damaged during cleaning, ironing, or washing are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• If you wish to exchange items, please place a new order online and return the original items for a refund.
• To cancel an order, notify us within seven days, providing your order reference, by emailing [email protected].

Processing Your Refund

If you cancel your order following the above terms, we will refund your payment in full within 30 days.
